In order to quote we will need to know the make, model, input voltage and HP or kW of the drive to be covered (alternatively the 8 digit SKU). All prices are factory list prices in USD $.

When can you take out extended warranty? Are there any conditions?

You can take out extended warranty any time the drive is still covered under warranty.

If the drive is out of warranty, a service contract can be taken out to offer similar service benefits.


How do I get a DrivePro quotation?

Contact us at 281.516.3130 or email sales@saidrives.com with the drive make, model, along with desired level (EW, Pro-tection, Onsite or Remote repair) and months of cover required. We will then prepare a personalized quote.


How do I purchase extended warranty?

Contact us at 281.516.3130 or email sales@saidrives.com with purchase order or contact us to arrange alternative payment options.


When does the warranty start?

Warranty starts from the date the drive is shipped.


How do I initiate a warranty claim?

To start a claim, contact us with a description of issue, unit information such as make, model, product code and serial number. We will assist to troubleshoot the issue and validate the warranty claim. Once confirmed, we will start a RMA process with Danfoss and assist until resolution.


What's not covered by warranty?

Product misapplication, vandalism, natural or facility disasters, chronic problems due to the installation environment and shipping damage are not covered.


How do I find the frame size of the drive?

For Workshop Repair (depot) option, who pays the return shipping?

The customer is responsible for packaging and returning the drive to Danfoss. Danfoss are not responsible for damage in shipping. It is advised to insure the shipment to cover the value of a replacement drive cost. Once the repair is complete, Danfoss will prepay for the return shipping to the customer, using UPS Ground Service. Danfoss reserves the right to select the freight carrier unless specified by the customer.
