At SAI, we value our customers and our customers' data and hold the responsibility intrusted in us by our customers to resepect and safe guard to the best of our abilities their data.

To this end, we hold quarterly data protection and security reviews to assess and recommend improvements in the way we collect, store and use our customers data.

What data do we collect?

Our a starting principal is that we only request data from customers that is necessary to support the interaction between SAI and the customer. This could mean to suppor the process of providing a quote, fulfilling an order, assist with a support enquiry or provide marketing notification of product changes or releases.

The data requested may include in part or in full; customer name, company name, contact phone numbers, email addresses, customer supplied references, shipping addresses, billing addresses and products of interest.

We reserve the right to change what data is collected and how it is used without prior warning.

Customers rights

We respect the right for any customer to request what information we hold about them and to delete said data upon written request. We may use the information stored to support email marketing initiatives. A customer has the right to request in writing that this email be removed or flagged to not be included in email marketing correspondence. Request should be sent to customerservice@saidrives.com
